Peter Ronald Adams

 

Peter trained at the Prince of Wales Sea Training School and left in 1941 when he joined his first ship the SS Hawkinge on the 20th July 1941 which was sunk by a U-Boat on the 27th July 1941 on it's way to Gibraltar.

 

Having also served on the ss British Princess he joined the ss Nailsea Court on the 18th June 1942 as a Deck Boy.
